About Jake

Jake is a licensed real estate broker in both IL and MO with years of experience and knowledge in sales and technology, as well as foundation and home repairs. Prior to real estate, Jake was a supervisor for a local basement and foundation repair company. He is married to his best friend, Jeannette, and they have two beautiful children, along with their four dogs. They enjoy trying new things and making memorable experiences on family vacations. As a family, they love all things football and have a true love for the Indianapolis Colts. Growing up in a military family, Jake has experienced firsthand the stresses and hardships of multiple long-distance moves, domestic and international. It is his passion to help others make their transitions into their new homes as smooth as possible. Jake has lived in the St. Louis Metro East area for many years and is familiar with the different school districts and local housing market.
